Returning to work - Your employer is required to keep your position open for 12 months to allow you time to recover and return to your role.  

If you consider it is unlikely you will return to work in this time frame or if you want advice about returning to work please contact us for advice.

Common Law/Negligence Claims - You may be entitled to additional compensation if you have a negligence claim against your employer.

Some people lose out on this entitlement because they leave it to late to get advice. Generally you have 3 years from the day of your injury to make such a claim.

Motor Vehicle or ICWA claims - If you have lodged a  claim with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia and have been injured in a car accident due to negligent driving, you may be entitled to receive compensation.
